Paving Refurbishment
Block paving refurbishment and patio cleaning is a 4 Stage process -
Step 1: It is always best to treat the paved area first with fungicidal wash to eliminate any fungal spores and weed growths, then left for 5-7 days.
Step 2: The paved area is extensively cleaned using a professional rotary headed pressure cleaner to remove the build up of weeds, moss, algae and general dirt and grime that may have built up over time. Any oil and diesel stains can also be treated and removed at this stage.
Step 3: Pure kiln dried sand is then brushed into the joints to stabilise the paving from movement.
Step 4: Smartseal acrylic block paving sealer is then sprayed* onto the block paving. This will increase the lifespan of your paving giving long lasting protection.
* The acrylic sealant is sprayed in a two coat application ensuring each individual block and sand is saturated and provides the most protective solution.
